Shipping Times: Delivery times may differ depending on the state and distance from our fulfillment center.
Age Verification: A person aged 21+ must be present with ID and sign for the package.
Carriers: We do not ship via USPS. We use regional carriers that are PACT-compliant and require ID upon delivery.
- Order Processing: 3–5 business days.
- From Warehouse to Local Carrier: 7–10 days after dispatch.
- Local Carrier to Your Address: 2–10 days depending on the carrier.
Delivery Instructions: Include details like phone numbers, gate access, apartment numbers, and mobile contacts for smooth delivery.

All vape shipments now require an adult signature and valid government-issued ID upon delivery.
Fee: An Adult Signature fee is automatically included at checkout.
Advice: Consider shipping to a workplace or location where an adult is always available.
We are not responsible for carrier delays.
No PO boxes: We do not ship vape mail to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses (USPS only service).
