Package Protection Policy

Optional, domestic-US package insurance that covers loss, theft, or damage during transit for the order’s full value.

By opting in, you agree to the Terms (and future updates) and confirm you’re of legal age to contract.

Service applies only to U.S. deliveries (all 50 states).

Start your claim via the Claims Page or email support@xbar.org.

• Stolen (marked delivered): file between day 5 and day 15 after scan as delivered (police report may be required).
• Lost (stuck in transit): review window from 10 business days after order placed and no later than 30 calendar days from order date.
• Damaged: file within 5 calendar days of delivery with photos of packaging and items.

• Not automatic — must opt in at checkout.
• Covers all items in the order.
• If a “lost” package later arrives, support will review.
• After processing, Package Protection is typically not cancellable.
